System requirements: computers, browsers and devices

LodgeHQ runs in your web browser. There is no desktop program to install or keep updated, and no plug-ins or drivers: client questionnaires, document generation, PDF tools, invoicing and trust records all work inside LodgeHQ.

Computers

• Windows 11 or 10 on Intel, AMD or ARM processors, Snapdragon laptops included.
• Mac with Apple silicon or Intel.
• Chromebook on a current version of ChromeOS.

Browsers

The current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari (on a Mac) or Firefox. Browsers update themselves, so there is nothing to maintain. On a Windows ARM laptop, Chrome and Edge run natively and LodgeHQ works exactly as it does on any other computer.

The eLodge extension

eLodge, which fills ImmiAccount, SkillSelect and other official forms from your matters, installs in one click from the Chrome Web Store and runs in Google Chrome on Windows (ARM laptops included), Mac and Chromebook. It is optional: everything else in LodgeHQ works in any of the browsers above. Installing and using eLodge.

Documents, PDFs and printing

Service agreements, letters, invoices and DHA forms are produced by LodgeHQ and download as PDF or Word files. PDFs can be edited, merged, compressed, rotated and reordered inside LodgeHQ, so no separate PDF software is needed. To print, use your browser's Print command: any printer your computer can print to will work.

Scanning

Scan on any scanner or with your phone, then upload the PDF or image like any other file. Images to PDF combines photos into a single PDF. Clients upload their own documents through the client portal, from their phone or computer.

Email, calendar, storage and accounting

These connect online, from Settings. Nothing is installed on your computer.

Your clients

Clients need nothing installed either. They complete questionnaires, upload documents, sign and pay from a phone, tablet or computer, in any current browser.
