Auto-filling ImmiAccount with the Chrome extension

The LodgeHQ Chrome extension pushes client data from your matter straight into the ImmiAccount form fields. No more copy-paste.

1. Install the extension

Go to Dashboard → Extension and follow the install instructions. (Once we're approved on the Chrome Web Store, one-click install will be available there too.)

2. Pin the icon

Click the jigsaw puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar, then pin the LodgeHQ extension so it's always visible.

3. Open ImmiAccount

Navigate to online.immi.gov.au and sign in as you normally would, then start a new application or open a draft.

4. Open the side panel and auto-fill

1. Click the LodgeHQ icon to open the side panel.
2. Sign in with your LodgeHQ account.
3. Pick the client matter you're lodging for.
4. Click Auto-fill this page. The extension writes every matching field on the current ImmiAccount screen.

5. Review and submit

Always review each auto-filled page before clicking Next in ImmiAccount. LodgeHQ never submits on your behalf — you stay in control.
